Night at the Movies.....

I know it's late but I had to write this down. Tonight my cousins and I decides to eat out and catch a movie. Everybody, of course, agrees to see the movie "THE ROOMMATE". Because everybody and even the commercials claim it was hot. So we buy tickets to see it. Now honestly I never disrespect a writers work because I'm a writer and I know... After watching about a hour of this movie I got up and walk out of the theater. I never did that... the movie never gave me a reason to stay in my seat. It started out with a young lady starting college. She was into fashion. Then later that night she goes to a sorority party and gets drunk. Than she meet this man who play in the local band. He gives her a ride home. She kisses him.(Crazy. She did even know the guy more the two hours)When she enters her dorm room and turn on the lamp her roommate is sitting up in the bed. (It was like the roommate was waiting there for her) The roommate says "Hey" and the young runs out puking and the roommate turns of the lamp and goes to sleep. AN HALF HOUR HAS PASSED. I was upset. Plain movies like this doesn't deserve to be in theater. It's a waste of money and people's time.

I'm trying to get the auditions on the way but every time I turn something comes up. Which cause me to push the date back. This will be my first major stage play! I'm excited about it because I know it's a great play! I will give you further info later, but right now pray for us!

The Importance of Family...

Everybody and I know the importance of family. It's a strong bond of people and friend who loves and cares for another. I love my family dearly. Just think about, you got someone you can trust, someone you know that got your back no matter what! Someone you can talk too, etc... I learned this a long time ago.

Yesterday, we had a family meeting. Yes, I seen some family members I haven't seen in years! Some I use to play with when I was a child. I was very happy to see them again. I saw then that we had a lot of catching up to do. Most of them were antisocial, but hey everything is everything! I'm not trying to make a long speach. What I'm saying is that it is very important to spend time with your family. Catch up on things. Meet the half you haven't met. Plan trips as a family! Etc...

What does the importance of family means to you?

Eighty Percent of the World

I was sitting in the break room at work yesterday, and I started thinking. And I continue to think. Just before I knew it a light bulb appeared in my mind. I was wondering. Where would I be now, if I owned my own business five years ago? I started thinking real hard. I have a passion for writing and music. And if it was successful, where would I be now? I know, not working at Target!(LOL) As I continue to think, I really did't know. I know some dreams come true and some don't. But just think, their millions upon millions probably thinking the same think! I guess what I'm really saying is? What if the millions upon millions had the same dream, and all the millions upon millions became successfull! Would the world be effect if majority(like 80%) was self employed?
